With the appointment of Exeed as a Distributor for a new cloud calling solution from Kordia based on Microsoft Teams, there was a need to recruit, train and activate Exeed’s channel of resellers in preparation for the new product. Exeed and Kordia wanted to create an online high impact themed website that appealed to individual Sales Representatives and provided them with the tools and training to grow this new product set.
Microsoft Teams was a new technology being introduced to the market and Kordia was a new vendor working with Exeed. So with all new technologies and distribution arrangements, there is a general channel awareness and acceptance that first needs to be created before the mass demand is seen. The greatest challenge was going to educate resellers on how the value proposition and how to sell a cloud based telephony subscription solution to a customer who already had invested in a traditional phone system.
The solution was to create a channel e-learning and sales incentive program where registered individuals would be able invited to attend live training and also access on-demand training at anytime and on any device. Individuals were rewarded for successfully passing the online quiz and were sent updates on new resources and information as it was published to the site. In addition to the training, individuals were also rewarded for Net New customer sales for a limited time.
The design brief was to create a creative concept that would sit within the existing Exeed Cloud marketplace and was also a professional business focused style showing leadership and innovation.
Registrations for individual and partner organisations exceeded targets along with webinar participation and training results. The objective of the program was meet with the program creating awareness in the solution and a demand for the solution.
