Partner Sales Incentive program that rewards individuals on their Autodesk training and revenue.

The Solution

The Autodesk sales incentive program, launched into Australia with a dedicated program website providing partners the opportunity to register and complete required training to be eligible for the incentive. Autodesk provided regular sales reporting to Hachiko to validate the individual’s sales claims, and the individual at the end of the incentive from each group was the winner. During the incentive, individuals received regular communication based on their progress and status to encourage ongoing engagement.

The Result

Program registrations and sales targets were exceeded. Communication rates delivered over double the industry standard and partner engagement was positive.
