Client – The Distributors Advantage

Objective

Deliver a customer loyalty program that rewarded customers on purchases through their local The Distributors warehouse.

The Solution

The Distributors Advantage program was migrated from another provider to Hachiko. The Distributors Advantage program website provides a platform for members to log in and check their current points balance and redeem points for a reward. Weekly sales data is processed by Hachiko and points awarded to the member’s reward account.

Regular program communications drive redemptions, product offers and maintain the accuracy of the member database.

The Result

Migration to the Hachiko platform was completed with minimal impact on the business or program member. Ongoing program communication and member engagement metrics achieved set targets as per contract SLAs. Program recruitment was driven directly to customers and through the field sales of The Distributors local warehouse.
