Objective

A Consumer and Installer Channel Incentive to influence the purchase of MHIAA Air-Conditioning units during a 3-month sales promotional period.

The Solution

Hachiko were engaged to provide the data management contact logistics, and reward fulfilment once the launch date commenced and the program commenced in November 2016. Both the Consumer and Installer incentives were verified and processed by the team at Hachiko, along with providing telephone and email contact points within Australia and New Zealand.
