Objective

Partner engagement program that rewards individuals on becoming a Microsoft Reseller, completing product and licensing training and transacting Microsoft sales.

The Solution

Microsoft’s reward programs launched through dedicated program websites providing partners the opportunity to register and earn points on completing pre-determined activities. Each program website had specific business objectives but also integrated across each other for a seamless partner experience. Under these programs Hachiko managed an auction rewards program, instant giftcard rewards, events in each state capital, live webinars and regular communications.

The Result

Program registrations continued to grow throughout the program and active participation was high with individuals registered in multiple Microsoft programs at one time. Communication rates delivered over double the industry standard and partner engagement was positive.
