A Ingram Micro channel rewards program to drive incremental revenue and partner engagement

The Solution

3-2-1 Academy was launched in Australia in 2017 and due to the success of the program, re-launched with expansion into New Zealand for 2018 Dropbox Academy is back with a new fresh new look, simplified messaging and exciting auction rewards to drive further revenue growth and partner engagement. Partners can earn points in the program to bid at bi-monthly auctions when they claim their sales, complete training and attend webinars.

The Result

3-2-1 Dropbox Academy has seen huge engagement from channel partners with over 50% of Academy members new to Dropbox. Email campaigns have seen an average open rate of 29%, well above industry standard, the program incentive saw the top 5 partners on the leaderboard win a trip to the Australian Open.
