Objective

New channel rewards program to drive incremental revenue and partner engagement.

The Solution

3-2-1 Dropbox Academy launched in Australia in 2017 with a dedicated website providing partners the opportunity to register and earn rewards on completing training, attending webinars and claiming sales. Points are accumulated on a leaderboard and each month the top 3 members win a reward. A major prize will also be awarded to the top 4 members at the end of the incentive period.
