Objective

Partner engagement program that rewards individuals on transacting sales through Dicker Data and completing vendor training.

The Solution

Dicker Data Software Studio launched into Australia with a dedicated program website that provided single sign-on and 3-level authentication for login. Dicker Data Software Studio automatically awarded partners with points on eligible sales transacted and other than sales activities including training. Points are redeemed for the individual’s choice of over 2,000 items from the online rewards catalogue.

After registering into the program, individuals received regular vendor and program communications which included offers, discounts and new product information.

The Result

Program registrations at launch was in line with targets. Communication rates showed over double the industry standard for registered members and partner engagement was positive.
