Objective

Effective channel rewards program to drive incremental revenue and partner engagement.

The Solution

APC’s reward program launched into Australia and New Zealand with a dedicated program website providing partners the opportunity to register and earn rewards on completing pre-determined activities and claiming sales. Points were accumulated so that when an individual achieved a set threshold a reward was automatically awarded to them. Additionally points also went towards the individual’s ranking on the APC leaderboard where the top individuals were eligible to win a Major Prize.

The Result

Program registrations exceeded target and active participation was high. Communication rates delivered over double the industry standard and partner engagement was positive.
