Flexibility as a Strategy

The Cloud environment is becoming increasingly complex and businesses are actively looking for professionals to manage their ever changing Cloud services. This has resulted in an exponential growth in the Managed Services Provider (MSP) sector and our clients have been quick to jump on this bandwagon to reward their resellers!

One such client is Trend Micro with their TrendSetters MSP Rewards program. Developing the TrendSetter MSP Rewards program presented a number of new challenges for Hachiko.
